How long does shipping usually take?
We dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 2-4 business days for metro areas across India and 4-6 business days for rest of India via our logistics partners Blue Dart and Delhivery.
What if my tracking code is not updating?
Courier scans usually take between 6 to 12 hours from initial pickup to reflect on the online portal. If there is no update for more than 48 hours, please reach out to our WhatsApp support (+91 90147 78984) and we will escalate immediately.
Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order status is still "Processing", contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your Order ID and corrected address to update it before courier dispatch.
