Exchange Guidelines & Quality Checklist
- All items must be in original condition with intact VELORA hangtags and packaging.
- Customized name tag garments with personalized embroidery are eligible for replacement if defective or incorrect upon delivery.
- Complimentary doorstep courier pickup is scheduled through Blue Dart or Delhivery within 24-48 hours of ticket approval.
- Once the returned package reaches our studio and undergoes quality inspection, the fresh replacement piece is dispatched within 24 hours.
